Safety and Security

  • Volunteers

    • Arrive on time for the weekly all volunteer meeting.

    • No food is allowed while serving in the classroom.

  • Attire

    • Wear your volunteer t-shirt/sweatshirt and your volunteer name tag each week. This identifies you as a background-checked, trained volunteer to both parents and staff.

    • Please wear appropriate, comfortable clothing. (Ex: jeans, long shorts, capris, etc.)

  • Check In

    • An adult volunteer must be at the door to check in children and converse with parents/guardians.

    • There must be two non-related volunteers present in the classroom when children are arriving to begin the check in process.

    • Confirm any allergies, medical issues, or food restrictions with parents.

  • Check Out

    • The security code on each child’s name tag must match the parent’s tag before releasing a child to the parents.

  • Lost Tag

    • If a parent or child is missing their tag, please contact your coach or staff member.

  • Emergency Evacuation

    See our emergency evacuation procedures.
